Going up the hill and enjoying a privileged view of the bay of Punta Veleros, is La Villa del Navegante, with its waves on the south side and its sailboats on the north side. Vehicles have direct access to the house and guests can reach the beach via stone steps.
The Villa del Navegante, consists of 8 independent rooms, all with ocean views and with a total capacity for 20 guests. There are 4 bedrooms with a King Size bed and 4 bedrooms with single beds. They all have their own bathroom, DirecTV, safe, terrace and minibar.
The Villa has a swimming pool, terrace, reading room, barbecue, living room pergolas, dining room and large kitchen. All areas with ocean views.
During the sanding season of the beach (from July to January) the sea recedes leaving new sand and umbrellas and chairs are placed near the shore.
